Refund policy

We want you to fall in love with your order. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.

After receiving a return authorization from Customer Care, we must receive your return within 14 days.

Please note: Personalized and digital-only products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization is defective. All refunds will then be processed within 14 days.
